Shipping & Delivery
- All items are made to order and are crafted and shipped within 4 weeks of placing your order. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- We ship to the UK, Europe, the US and internationally.
- If your order is shipping to the UK, we include all duties and taxes in the final price, so you won’t have to pay for anything separately upon arrival. If you are ordering to another country, our shipping partner will contact you directly to clear any taxes and duties prior to delivery.
Return Policy & Resizes
- M Nassar accepts returns of in-stock earrings within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Your jewellery must arrive to us unworn, unused and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned with their Diamond Certificate. Misused jewellery or jewellery altered by a third-party jeweller is not eligible for return.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of engagement rings, eternity bands, engraved items, or customised bespoke pieces.
- If you would like to resize your engagement ring, please contact us and we will arrange a return for resize. Eternity bands cannot be resized as the number and size of stones are chosen based on ring size.
Return Process
- Contact us and we will provide a prepaid shipping label with return instructions. As long as your M Nassar jewellery is returned to us in its original condition, we will refund the full amount minus the cost of shipping both ways. It can take up to 7-10 business days for us to process your return. Once we have received and processed your return, we will notify you that your refund is on the way.
